Terms and Conditions of "La Finestra sul Giardino - B&B"

We are aware that there could be unforeseen events before your arrival or during your stay, however we reserve the right to calculate the cancellation costs, according to the cancellation terms set out below. The cancellation terms must be considered individual or applied to each room booked.

STAY RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to confirm the reservation, we require a credit card number (not American Express) with an expiration date on which to make a transaction as a deposit equal to 30% of the stay or 70% by bank transfer, within 24 hours of receiving the email confirmation. *WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CHECK.

Cancellation terms
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 10 days before the expected date of arrival, the deposit is kept valid for a maximum period of 6 months for a future stay. In case of cancellation or changes made from 9 to 2 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the stay will be charged, for guests who have paid 70% of the deposit by bank transfer, the remaining 40% paid will be kept valid for a maximum period of 6 months for a future stay. In case of cancellation from 2 to 0 days before the date of arrival, 70% of the stay will be charged. The confirmation of the reservation implies the acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.

PRIVACY DISCLAIMER
The Personal Data collected is used to provide services to the User.
The Personal Data collected to complete the payment may be those relating to the credit card, the current account used for the transfer or other payment instruments provided. Personal data on reservations will be processed electronically and on paper for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the reservation of the room and under the agreed conditions. The data will be recorded in our electronic databases accessible to personnel duly appointed and trained in matters of security and confidentiality of personal data.
JURISDICTION
For any dispute that may arise relating to the interpretation, execution and/or termination of the booking contracts to which these conditions apply in which La Finestra sul Giardino - B&B - Via S.Udalrico, 13/B - is a party to the proceedings 38073 Cavedine (TN)
